2. Principle of bag filter for sand making machine:
The main structure of the sand maker bag filter is composed of the upper box, the middle box, the ash bucket, the ash unloading system, the blowing system and the control system. Compressed air is sprayed from the air source through the air bag, the pulse valve, the nozzle on the blowing pipe and the filter bag in a very short time (0.1-0.2S). Compressed air expands at a high speed in the box, causing high-frequency vibration and deformation of the filter bag, and the effect of reverse air flow, so that the dust on the outside of the filter bag falls off. After ensuring that the dust falls off, open the next electromagnetic pulse valve for such a cycle. During the cleaning, each solenoid valve is separately performed in accordance with the preset sequence, and does not interfere with each other to achieve long-term continuous operation.
