In recent years, silo pumps are mostly used for dry ash transportation. However, the current operating conditions of the use of silo pumps due to high air pressure, large power consumption, high maintenance costs, etc., both pollute the environment and waste resources, causing inconvenience to storage and transportation of coal ash. The material-sealed pumps developed by our factory have the characteristics of low air pressure, simple operation, and small maintenance. The LFB series material-sealed pumps are widely used in power, cement, chemical and other industries, and are ideal equipment for conveying various powdery materials.

Pneumatic ash conveying pumps and silo pumps are both sending devices for pneumatic conveying. They are all conveyed by compressed air. But because of its different structure, its working principle and working method are also different. Generally speaking, the material seal pump is a low positive pressure (or micro positive pressure) pneumatic conveying device, and the warehouse pump is a positive pressure pneumatic conveying device.

(5) This device requires that the amount of gas released by the dust collector at the top of the warehouse is slightly greater than the total amount of air pumped by the shoe material pump. Do not cause positive pressure in the warehouse to avoid affecting the operation of the ash conveying system.
(6) The origin, material sealing pump, and ash conveying pipe are required to be well sealed in the whole system, and the air leakage rate is less than 0.2%.

Problems with single silo pump and negative pressure conveying fly ash
1. Large power consumption and severe wear. As the warehouse pump uses 0.4Mpa-0.6Mpa high pressure air supply, the elbow pipe is severely worn. Wear-through welding repair, frequent replacement, especially the discharge valve, feed valve, exhaust valve wear seriously, often stuck, coupled with the three major pieces of pneumatic damage and high maintenance costs, workers rush to repair the pump body, high temperature, environment Harsh and labor-intensive.
2. Complex operation Due to the automatic control of the material level and time of the warehouse pump, the wiring of the console is complicated and slightly problematic, involving multiple professionals from the three major departments of electrical, thermal engineering, ash removal and maintenance to the ash yard, delaying the maintenance time, and giving management It brings a lot of trouble, and it is difficult to guarantee the normal production.
3. Poor environment Due to the above-mentioned reasons, in order to ensure operation, there are many repairs and ash leaks everywhere, which endangers the environment of the factory and the living environment of the surrounding people, and has a great impact on civilized production.
4. Impact on Comprehensive Utilization of Fly Ash In order to carry out comprehensive utilization of fly ash, enterprises invested heavily in the production of fly ash production lines. However, due to frequent damage to the conveying system, normal production of winnowing equipment systems cannot be guaranteed, and the ash pipeline cannot be delivered, which affects User confession will damage the corporate image and interests.
5. Affecting the normal operation of the sedimentation tank Due to the design of the ash and slag separation and the damage of the warehouse pump, the water had to be flushed to the sedimentation tank, resulting in insufficient flushing slag water and tight water supply. Due to the small ash fineness, network management blockage, valves, The ash and slag pump pipeline was crusted and scrapped, causing serious losses to the entire slag flushing system.
6. Negative pressure conveying has less wear and tear, but after a few years of use, the air volume gradually decreases, resulting in the phenomenon of insufficient delivery.

Advantages of using a material-sealed pump
1. Equipment investment is small. One material-sealed pump can replace two warehouse pumps, reducing equipment investment.
2. The gas pressure of the material seal pump is 0.04Mpa-0.1Mpa, which reduces the gas supply pressure, saves air consumption, and reduces the motor power.
3. Reduced maintenance costs. After the system is installed, commissioned and put into operation once, it basically needs no operation, and there is almost no maintenance. The maintenance workers only need to check regularly.
