Let's first discuss how water vapor can block the dust bag. Today, industrial technology is more and more developed, more and more industrial equipment, and more and more types of smoke and dust are generated. In the dust removal industry, many water vapors have prevented incidents of bag dust collectors.
Some time ago, bag dust collectors from Beijing customers were blocked again. Each time it needs to be removed, washed, dried and then loaded. Although it is troublesome, the bag filter does not have a bit of steam, but don't worry. There are many ways to prevent and solve the problem of understanding how water vapor can cause the bag to be blocked.
The bag dust collector is a dry type dust collector, and the dust bag is used to filter dust through the optical fiber hole. Once the water vapor is dripped into water droplets, the holes in the dust bag will be blocked. The customer only needs to incinerate the water with very large water, and the water vapor is very large. In addition, for cost reasons, it cannot maintain insulation, which causes water vapor to cool in winter, and the dew condenses into water droplets, blocking the dust bag.
Under normal circumstances, the working temperature requires that the bag filter must be above 25K above the acid dew point temperature. For dust bag, operation is safer. This is mainly to avoid the occurrence of condensation. When the operating temperature is below the dew point, liquid water will form. The liquid water is mixed with dust and collects on the surface of the filter bag to form a paste bag.
Therefore, we usually need large water vapor working conditions, and the temperature of the flue gas should always be maintained at 150 degrees or higher, which can effectively prevent the occurrence of condensation. In the north, customers need to pay particular attention to the use of insulation. Because the temperature is lower than several tens of degrees, the temperature of the flue gas is still higher than 150 degrees. Once the cold wind blows, the smoke near the edge of the casing drops below 100 degrees. Condensed into moisture, it is necessary to make a thermal insulation layer for the bag filter.
