①Dust removal method by mechanical vibration
The mechanical device is used to shake or shake the frame of the hanging filter bag to make the filter bag vibrate and remove the dust. Most of the round bags apply vibration on the top to cause vertical or horizontal vibration, or vertical or horizontal two directions At the same time, the position where the vibration is applied is also in the middle of the filter bag. Because the dust is raised during dust cleaning, the vibration dust cleaning often uses a divided room work system, that is, the entire dust collector is divided into several bag rooms, and the dust is cleaned one by one in order to maintain the continuous operation of the dust collector. The bag room for dust removal is automatically cut off by the valve to prevent dust-laden air from entering. The top-based vibration dust removal can reach hundreds of vibrations per minute to make the dust fall into the ash bucket. The mechanical structure of the vibration dust cleaning method is simple and reliable, but the dust cleaning effect is weak, which is suitable for textile cloth filter bags.
②Back-blow cleaning method
This method mostly adopts the divisional work system. The valve is automatically adjusted to generate airflow that is opposite to the direction of the filtered airflow from room to room. The reverse blow ash cleaning method is generally used for internal filtration. Due to the effect of reverse air flow and reverse pressure, the cylindrical filter bag is compressed into a star-shaped cross section and caused reverse wind speed and vibration to cause the deposited dust to fall off.
The blowback ash cleaning method has a relatively weak ash cleaning effect, and has less damage to the filter cloth than the vibration ash cleaning method. Therefore, glass fiber filter cloths mostly use this ash cleaning method.
③Back-blow vibration combined dust removal method
Refers to the combined dust removal method with weak vibration when the dust cannot be sufficiently removed only by the back blow dust removal method. High temperature glass fiber filter bags actually use this combined cleaning method.
④Pulse ash cleaning method
A perforated plate (flower plate) for fixing the filter bag is provided on the upper part of the box body, and a spray duct is arranged above each row of the filter bags. The spray duct opens a pressure nozzle facing the center of each filter bag and blows the duct The other end is connected to a pulse control system consisting of a pulse valve, a control valve, and a compressed air storage tank. According to a prescribed time or resistance value, pulsed ash cleaning is performed according to an automatic control program.
The pulse dust removal effect is strong, the dust removal effect is better, and the filtering wind speed can be increased. The pulse blowing device requires compressed air as the energy source. In cold areas, the water vapor in the compressed air easily condenses and affects the blowing effect. Therefore, it should not be placed outdoors to take corresponding technical measures to prevent condensation or freezing.
⑤Air ring blowback dust removal method
This cleaning method is to set a hollow ring with a seam close to the outside of the inner filter round filter bag. The ring can be moved up and down and connected with the compressed air or high-pressure fan pipe. The high-speed air flow from the inward slit nozzle clears the dust layer deposited on the inside of the filter bag.
The working principle of air ring blowback is that several adjacent air rings form a group, are fixed on a frame, and are driven by a chain to move up and down along the guide rail. The structure is relatively complicated, and the phenomenon of damage to the filter bag is prone to occur. Due to the application of pulse spray cleaning method, it is rarely used except for special applications.
⑥Pulse dust cleaning method of air box
It is also called forced pulse cleaning method, which is characterized by dividing the filter bag into several chambers, and forming a sub-chamber in the clean air box above the filter bag by partitions. There is no venturi tube at the upper end of the filter bag. Dust removal is performed in order from room to room. The exhaust valve is closed, and a pulsed airflow is sprayed from the side to the upper part of the sub-chamber. It enters each filter bag through the sub-chamber, and uses its impact and expansion to clean the ash.
Chirped Pulse Backflushing
It is a ash cleaning method that gives a pulse action to the reverse air flow of the above-mentioned blowback ash cleaning method. It has a strong ash cleaning effect, but it must have a mechanical structure that can generate pulsation.
Due to the strong ash cleaning effect, if a part of the filter bag is used for successive ash cleaning, the compartment structure is not required. In summary, the pulse spray cleaning method is effective, so the major industries currently use the pulse cleaning method to clean the bag filter.
